The stores have great leadership. The executives are out of touch with modern front line retail and would benefit from a working few busy shifts while short handed.

Provide fair benefits, better pay, and enough hours to earn a livable wage. During a labor crisis there shouldn't be employees who aren't allowed to work over 28hrs, and yet every employee at our store has an average of 15 hours while needing more. Low hour limits encourage us to work elsewhere
