Sometimes they feed the employees. I like that it is diverse set of people.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and organizational skills. They need to fix problems with the way they manage things. Also fix broken things including broken machines and equipment.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is good for retail. Can't compare to tech companies. But the benefits, especially the 401k, is top notch.

Needs to be more supportive. It's kind of every man/woman for themselves. Can be a little cut-throat. Onboarding can be tough.
