theres barely any sales associates in the first place

he literally just sat with me and told me i was hired right off the bat

im part time all i get is sick time, that im not even able to use when sick

i honestly do not mind the customers, so thats something that comes easy to me when going into work
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
the atmosphere is negative and petty, the managers will talk poorly about you to other managers right in front of you and just laugh while looking at you
