A great leader anticipates change, keeps the team confident, and plans ahead for their continued growth.

Empathize and advocate the employees

Establish a clear process instead of blaming your newly hired employees for their work errors. You don't even have a QC process in place.

I appreciate my compensation, but it’s unacceptable that an employee can struggle to afford even a modest mortgage or one?bedroom

undervalued in a sense that my work is still valued as an individual contributor and not as a part of a team who wants to make a difference.

Take into consideration revisiting the increase in: 1. Rice allowance; 2. Transportation allowance; 3. cost of living based on daily expenses.

I just feel like my salary isn't enough. So I'm pursuing a better position with a better compensation within the company.
Review from Marketing Dept
My coworkers that come into the office are kind and helpful. My coworkers that work remote are distant and pretty inactive. While my manager is a great person there is a serious lack of "team spirit" or "bonding". No one seems interested in being collaborative.

Avoid interfering in matters that don't concern them.
Review from Operations Dept
My coworkers could improve by being more open to feedback and fostering better communication. By embracing constructive input and collaborating transparently, we can work more effectively as a team and achieve shared goals more successfully.

They should stay relevant and learn to set emotions aside when necessary to make sound, objective decisions.

not all of us are interested with social activities. it would be very helpful if there would be more technical trainings as well as some of us value learning than socialization.
Review from Operations Dept
I came from a very good company before this. I switched mainly because I wanted to grow in my role. The leadership I am under don't see you as a person. They're normalizing rudeness and passive aggression.

Build a more authentic culture. Stop the systematic culture of managing up and feeding only good stories up the chain. Top leadership should exercise better judgement rather than trusting a few who are flawed individuals.
Review from HR Dept
our engineering practices are stuck in the 2000's and despite the SLT saying they want to move fast (and safe) there seems little appetite for this at the lower management or developer level the development culture here is "fear of change" rather than wanting to embrace new techniques / approaches

STREAMLINE. There is no bank of candidates that the whole company seems to pull from, you just apply for one job and if you don't get it then you have to re-apply instead of being passed to a different group. There is also NO FOLLOW UP if you do not pass the interview. That leaves a bad impression.

I don't think I am having any growth here.
Review from Marketing Dept
so difficult to get an update from other departments which is highly affecting our capability in accomplishing our tasks. so many changes with the processes and tools and yet we don't even receive proper training nor enough time to learn before new changes goes live
Review from Operations Dept
Leadership, non-existent process, detached from co-workers.
Review from IT Dept
Too much workload. There are days where I am doing 4 processes and I'm only a single employee. The kind of workload that is should be covered by at least 2 people and the compensation for all 4 are not enough. Rendering overtime will never be the solution.
Review from Operations Dept
We are severely understaffed and over worked. It is impossible to deliver the quality products we need to deliver under the current circumstances. Quality should matter more than metrics. Improved training for new hires - mentoring. Local management that understands and doesn't simply speak well
Review from Legal Dept
Stronger benefit offerings, particularly related to health care coverage. Would like to also see more investment in workplace culture across the org.
