Management tries everything to keep employees from succeeding and from advancing their skills. Patient care isn't even a consideration as far as management is concerned.

They also care about the clients and want to see them get better
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More focus on patient care. If we take care of the patients, they'll want to come back when they need us and recommend us to their friends and family. If we continue to focus so much on money, we'll continue to drive our clients further away.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having been here for multiple decades, as a clinician, I currently make less than my new grad counterparts even though I hold multiple certifications, do more caseload work, and have a spotless record. Also, time off around holidays more than once every 10 years is necessary.
