What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have an open line of communication and they are always ready to provide training or open discussion to try to come up with solutions to our issues.
My dept manager is phenomenal. She is the exception here. Our leadership team is out of touch with the employees.

approachable with concerns, doesn't mean they take action, but they at least acknowledge the problems
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
the company should invest in their staff and providing the equipment and staff needed to properly care for our communities
Supporting staff rather than working against them for the sake of a dollar
Manager needed to have classes on dealing with employe'd constructivly.
Everything that they possibly can.
