Open communication with the entire team
The small size of our company gives a family feeling to our employee interactions.
My direct team. Their enthusiasm and willingness to help is what gets me through.

Having a family like aquaintence with the employees who are left and knowing what each other have been through.
The small community feel you know your patients. Used to be like that with coworkers but turnover rate is going up every day. Its hars to stay woth a company that pays less when inflation is skyrockting living cost
everyone gets along, we are all here firstly to make a living, and 2nd to care for the people of our community. and we all come together to achieve this goal

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership that supports those who working to keep our company going and providing patient care
Communication would be nice. Any communication. Most of us are left in the dark on what information is being discussed in meetings and what is new.
More focus on patient care. If we take care of the patients, they'll want to come back when they need us and recommend us to their friends and family. If we continue to focus so much on money, we'll continue to drive our clients further away.
The entire management needs to be made over and focus on actual employee successes, and not on superstars and money generators.
