everyone gets along, we are all here firstly to make a living, and 2nd to care for the people of our community. and we all come together to achieve this goal

Communication would be nice. Any communication. Most of us are left in the dark on what information is being discussed in meetings and what is new.
More focus on patient care. If we take care of the patients, they'll want to come back when they need us and recommend us to their friends and family. If we continue to focus so much on money, we'll continue to drive our clients further away.
The entire management needs to be made over and focus on actual employee successes, and not on superstars and money generators.
