Team work despite our constant battle with leadership
We actually work as a team. We work together on projects, training, etc.
My team is awesome and we work well together. Everyone is willing to step up and help out
Most people are passionate about their field and truly want to help people
Our open conversations and willingness to jump into help always
They are creative and fun
There is great team work
They also care about the clients and want to see them get better
Most of my direct department members work well togther and we have a great manager
We all work together to satisfy patients needs
