Being trusted to do my job without unnecessary supervision, working remotely almost 100% of the time.

It was a long time ago... it was rather informal, with hiring manager and team members.

Our team consists of seasoned veterans who know what they are doing and can be fully trusted.

They do communicate all the way down the chain, just not sure whether to believe what they say.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Quality patient care is always stressed as the primary goal. The company seems to be committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, which is commendable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since 2018, I have been steadily left behind by inflation, to the tune of at least 30% at present. Raises are old bones tossed over the wall.
