the company should invest in their staff and providing the equipment and staff needed to properly care for our communities
Supporting staff rather than working against them for the sake of a dollar
Manager needed to have classes on dealing with employe'd constructivly.
Everything that they possibly can.
Listenening to concerns of the people actually dealing with the patient
Raises are not keeping up with cost of living, so I make less than when I started. The leave/vacation policy is confusing and not very generous.
There is no attention to retention of quality, trained employees, and there are no educational opportunities offered. It feels like we are all viewed as easily replaceable.
doesnt offer paid holidays, expected to use PTO for holidays off even if the office is closed.
Having been here for multiple decades, as a clinician, I currently make less than my new grad counterparts even though I hold multiple certifications, do more caseload work, and have a spotless record. Also, time off around holidays more than once every 10 years is necessary.
For my job discription and the duties a perform my base wage is 15% below market value. Market adjustment and respecable cost of living raises will go a long way to retaining talent! Also retirement match is horrid.

Leadership that supports those who working to keep our company going and providing patient care
Communication would be nice. Any communication. Most of us are left in the dark on what information is being discussed in meetings and what is new.
More focus on patient care. If we take care of the patients, they'll want to come back when they need us and recommend us to their friends and family. If we continue to focus so much on money, we'll continue to drive our clients further away.
The entire management needs to be made over and focus on actual employee successes, and not on superstars and money generators.
Starting my interview on time and allowing me to get a tour of the hospital
Adequate experienced staffing. Consistent decision making among the administrative staff along with careful consideration of all staff.
High cost. High patient ratios and reduced staff causing poor patient care
People are underpaid and undervalued.
The upper management does not listen to concerns
Coverage options for paid time off
