Going home at the end of my shift
    Posted 17 days ago
  • What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing is positive about the culture and environment. Management is a brood of vipers.
  • What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The benefits. The work can be fun, too, when I don't have any unusual challenges.

Constructive Feedback From Livingston International Employees

  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be reasonable, treat your employees like adult human beings, not children or robots.
  • What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers are angry because of Livingston's constant IT issues and managers refusal to communicate honestly with them. Putting more money into IT and actually talking to the people paying you for service would limit this.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If they put any effort into keeping up with inflation. Instead other entry levels job have had their pay surge ahead but LIvingston is still not being competitive while complaining they can't retain workers.
