It's not very good. Pay is low, we are expected to work overtime every day, constantly missing breaks and store management talk to us about work on our breaks when we do get them. Scruitized for doing managerial parts of my role that have led to significant success for my store.

I have over 10 years of actual experience as a cashier and over 20 years of customer service experience so I feel that my experience is not being accounted for and I am getting paid just minimum wage

I feel undervalued because I continuously exceed expectations, more knowledgeable in the majority of departments, especially curious and involved with all functions, engage all lvls of employees, superior customer service. Wage increased to what my value is, not a capped wage everyone receives.
better pay for doing 6 peoples' jobs
It is minimum wage (+ a few cents per year) and hard work. There is no input in how to do the job, and plenty of plenty of unhelpful feedback with no positive feedback. Everybody is treated like children - yes most of the staff is children but i am not.
Other companies dont stsrt at monimum wage and neither should loblaws

As as part-time employee and after a 11 months of being on the job, I can't believe I am not offered a raise or giving the Optimum Card to do shopping at the stores.

$17 per hour to arrest people then get poor references so you cannot further your career. Asset Protection management is horrible
