This is my first job, when i came i really likes it and the labour is understandable but i feel as if my energy and vibe attracts alot of attention throughout the warehouse causing me to be a target in some cases. Demotivated me so much, cause 1 person has a bad day we all having a bad day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Professional work. i love the supervisors theyre the best in the world im glad my first job i had amazing supervisors.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
lay pallets down. So when you getting pallets try to throw some extra on the ground so people can pick it up. It can also be considered a mod. Lay pallets for everyone. I hate when its crowded at a pallet section
