Worked here for 11 years, slowly pushed out the door and starved to make any money. Management doesn't care about you or anything other than their bonuses. They are desperate for people and I'm quitting and Management hasn't even replied to my resignation or will speak to me.

Change in management and GM attitude.

Management is a big issue. Whole work environment is gone down hill since pandemic
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management is in it for their bonuses. You're a number around here and nothing more, they can find another chum on the street to replace you immediately.
