Logos Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Free base package & vacation

Review from Product Dept

The 'Unlimited Time Off' policy.

Review from Product Dept

I am paid a living wage to do what I love. I feel very blessed.

"unlimited" vacation (and we're actually expected to use it)

Review from Engineering Dept

Excellent health coverage for myself and payment (spread out over a year) of each year's deductible.

Review from Engineering Dept

Unlimited PTO used at your and your manager's discretion. It feels good that employees are trusted to complete their work and encouraged to pursue work/life balance.

Review from Marketing Dept

Engineering salaries are reasonable despite a relatively small local economy.

Review from Engineering Dept

So glad to be able to afford to have my family on my insurance. The overall Healthcare plan is so much better to any I've had access to in my previous positions.

Review from Sales Dept

Good medical coverage for myself and family

Review from Sales Dept

Unlimited vacation and a generally flexible schedule in most departments (sorry Sales and Customer Service) is incredible. For some people it's difficult to navigate, but for most it's incredibly liberating.

Review from Design Dept

The health benefits are good.

Review from Sales Dept

I'd like if the 401k match was higher.

Review from Engineering Dept

Fair market value and compensation growth that keeps pace with my professional development.

Review from Executive Dept

The salary, but only because nothing else stands out more.

Review from Engineering Dept

The best part is the unlimited vacation

Review from Engineering Dept

Pay and vacation is awesome!

Review from Customer Support Dept

Unlimited time off for salaried employees is something I take full advantage of.

Review from Engineering Dept

I have asked for and received regular raises commensurate with the increase in my impact on our products.

Review from Engineering Dept

unlimited vacation and flexible schedule.

Review from Finance Dept

The harder I work, the more I get paid.

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation is somewhat fair but at the lower end of what would be needed, given the cost of living increases in Bellingham. Benefits are generally outstanding. The only exception is health insurance coverage for spouses, which is unattainably expensive for most.

Review from Product Dept

Benefits are quite expensive if you enroll your family. For just an employee only, they are very reasonable, but adding on others is more expensive than prior places I've worked.

I would feel better about my compensation if I could make enough to pay my bills

Review from Product Dept

Better 401k match. The current match is insulting.

Review from Product Dept

I do not feel undervalued, In fact I feel very much appreciated.

Review from Sales Dept

I'd like to see better 401(k) matching.

Review from Executive Dept

Better family medical: 100% medical, dental, vision coverage for the whole family. Better 401k matching: 1-to-1 without a top end limit. Financial incentive to work, eat, live "healthy". Yes, I know that's ambiguous.

Review from Engineering Dept

Salaries seem reasonable, though I think that benefits are a little soft, bringing total compensation down somewhat.

Review from Engineering Dept

I would just like to make a little more money to reach a livable wage that will match inflation. As a result of political changes and a raise in minimum wage, we are experiencing a moment of inflation where everything costs just a little more.

Review from Operations Dept

Equal Pay for Equal work via some transparency would be ideal.

Review from Product Dept

Closer to current industry standards

Review from Sales Dept

I feel valued. We don't get raises in sales, but have potential to make more through bonuses and commission.

Review from Sales Dept

It all depends on the strategic funneling of money within the company. If your department isn't a new product or new initiative, you will have a much harder time getting a raise, regardless of how much value you bring to the table.

Review from Product Dept

Better 401k matching or higher pay.

Review from Engineering Dept

Poorly matched 401k (extra words)

Review from Engineering Dept

I've made much more doing less in this field in this same town. We are encouraged to work ourselves in to the ground for little to no recognition. Health benefits are severely lacking, employer contributions to 401K are minimal at best.

Review from Finance Dept

It an environment that says, "Only coders matter."

Review from Marketing Dept

High performance goals with lack of benefits. Improving the overall corporate benefits and adding a bonus structure might help to bring value to the team.

Review from Marketing Dept

Significant pay raise in order, and family benefits.

Review from Product Dept

I feel undervalued because I am paid less than most of the people I manage and I am paid significantly less than a colleague who manages less people and has roughly the same title as me. I cannot get a raise because our department budget has not allowed for it for the past few years.
