Review from Executive Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I generally feel undervalued at work

Review from Product Dept

We always grow before we can make things work. Launch, then fix it later. It's one of our values. People know us for shoddy launches. We are higher end product. Things should be as close to flawless as possible for what we are charging. Our Customer Service is slipping. Can't keep up with the issues

Review from Finance Dept

Struggling to recover from injury that makes it hard to want to get up and get at it.

Review from Product Dept

I love what I do and I believe in the mission of the company. However, I do not feel adequately compensated. My wage is below average for my position. In the past this was manageable, but changes in my personal life necessitate more pay. I don't want to leave, but I don't see a raise in sight.

Review from Product Dept

I feel undercompensated and undervalued. I've grown so much since I've started my job at Faithlife, but I've never benefited from it.

Review from Product Dept

Longterm illness that is dragging me down physically and emotionally

Review from Product Dept

Without clear company-wide goals and shared work, the door is open for back-biting and toxicity to seep in to the conversation.

Review from Sales Dept

Lack of focus, clarity, consistency. Fix it.

Review from Executive Dept

Stop outsourcing customer service jobs to Mexico. The quality of service is poor and everyone knows it.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Nothing is wrong, I guess I've never had a job I was excited to go to in the mornings. Usually I'd rather stay in bed and read.

Review from Design Dept

A shift to a more goal oriented culture where we chase accomplishment instead of a do more activity culture would demonstrate more trust in the employee base and improve employee confidence in what they are doing each day.

Review from Marketing Dept

What do you like best about your company?

Our mission to serve the church.

Excellence without stress. Family friendly. And, I actually like my co-workers.

Review from Engineering Dept

The encouragement and empowerment to grow and try new things.

Review from Marketing Dept

The mission and the people

Review from Engineering Dept

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

I'd like to feel in the air that Faithlife Equip is actually everything we've been saying it would be for years!

Focus: we have a lot of strategic plans. Many great plans are started, but are interrupted by other ideas.
