What did you like most about the interview process?
I was actually a transfer from another Darden restirant and the MP was a friend.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all communicate no matter what clear and consice of what is expected every no mayter what.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to what i need and get the tools i need to make sure i can do my job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I now make $1 over what min wage is considered and i work too hard and put in too many years to be making entry level.
What makes you most happy at work?
Accuracy. Knowing EXACTLY what spec is and being able to cut down on my food cost when im doing truck orders and produce orders. Feeling reconized and praised for my hard work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I went to Miami to do an nro and the amojnt of support, learning coaching. The implement of Core Values and that BIG SKY mentality changes a place when used and gaught the right way. The men and woman i trained are goong to do fantastic because of what I was taught by my mp.
