Overworked, understaffed, underpayed. You get no breaks, you get yelled at, its super stressful and anxiety inducing, managers dont communicate and issues dont get resolved

the most positive thing is the nice coworkers that help out and are kind
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
they yell at you, tell you to work faster, get mad when you ask to go to the bathroom.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
less drama, and if youre not a manager keep your nose out of peoples business and dont boss them around!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communication!!!! i had scheduling issues (that they agreed to when they hired me, its been 3 months and the time and days arent right still) and i talked to all 4 managers who didnt do a single thing.
