they need to start taking responsibility for new team members not with holding our core values!
management, they pit the older employees against the newer younger employees but not taking the time to watch them and see how they greet and interact with the guests
you got to meet with all the managers and each one interviewed differently so you got to hear lots of different views of the company before you got hired
if we had more team meetings we would be able to talk about the things we need to work on as a team. it feels like the long term employees have to manage the new staff and we're the ones trying to uphold longhorns values but managers don't care to make sure things are done correctly
