
Helping guests have a wonderful experience and being told by my guests that my service was amazing and that they will ask for my service anytime they come back
Being more active in helping all servers by running food and also help with on the floor more with pre bussing and not writing people up for pocketing a guest order when we are under staffed and running for 6+ tables at a time, that's not standard so we should not be written up for work performance
