What are some of the best things about your team?
They are highly effective at their jobs. They are truly skilled. I helped train some of them, and it gives me great pride. They go above and beyond for our guests. They are also just fun people to be around.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are flexible. They understand the challenges we face on each shift, but while they are firm on standards they are also realistic and understanding about the realities of dealing with the public in this era. Ultimately, they take care of the team members that take care of our guests.
