The employees despite everything most try to remain in a good mood
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team shows up and works hard despite the fact we get put in situations that would make most employees quit
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and guidance they are supposed to be leaders but hardly lead just wait till stuff hits the fan then want to jump in and start yelling at everyone when they are the ones who put their team in the situation in the first place
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm one of the lowest paid people on their line but yet I'm being forced to work grill after 4 days of (training) where I was by myself training myself 90% of the time because they kept sending my certified trainer home to save on labor
