Best team in town. Couldn't ask for better co workers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Meeting and talking to the customers-especially the regulars who come back each week
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation and benefits are more than fair. Health insurance is included. Work schedule is flexible if needed for emergencies when they tend to pop up for my three year old.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the people really care about each other and want the restaurant to succeed. Everyone is willing to go the extra mile for each other or come in early, stay late, whatever it takes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is awesome and so incredible to work with. They care about their employees and their families. They want us to succeed. They trust us completely when customers chew us out about their food not being right or on time. Best team in town!
