It started off fun and exciting. But after the first year a few managers left the company the overall attitude was negative.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Managers let employees get away with anything as long as it keeps those work hours low. 22 full trash cans every morning.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everyone does bare minimum. As long as hours stay low people will do close to nothing. A few have to pick up the slack , its created a cycle that exploits a few and if that 5 hours of work isnt done in 3 hours it causes retaliation from the managing partner or the kitchen manager.
