I'm currently being bullied by a new manager who is attempting to fire me for standing up to him.

There are a few people that are great to work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothingis positive about it, none of the employees enjoy working there
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respecting the staff, and correcting the multiple OHSA, and health code violations
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The management needs to show more respect to the kitchen, and prioritize their responsibilities
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel under valued because I've made multiple complaints to management about the violations, and harassment in the work place
