What makes you most happy at work?My team and the work I am doing is what makes me happy.
What are some of the best things about your team?I love that my team is full of individuals who leave their egos at the door. We've created a culture where we can be direct and open about our ideas. The team is very accepting of constructive criticism and feedback and always looks for ways to improve.
What do you like best about the leadership team? The management team in my group consists of forward-thinking individuals who always look out for our team members. They value our suggestions to improve efficiency and eagerly support us in presenting these ideas to the larger organization.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Reps are always complaining. Nothing you do is appreciated but if something is wrong because of their fault, they tear your limbs off.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? If management would listen to ideas and ways to streamline efficiency. Management only believes they are smart. Most are there because they slept with the right person.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Nothing wrong with LPL in particular - just comes with being a contractor in my opinion.
