- What are some of the best things about your team?I love that my team is full of individuals who leave their egos at the door. We've created a culture where we can be direct and open about our ideas. The team is very accepting of constructive criticism and feedback and always looks for ways to improve.
- What do you like best about the leadership team?The management team in my group consists of forward-thinking individuals who always look out for our team members. They value our suggestions to improve efficiency and eagerly support us in presenting these ideas to the larger organization.

- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Reps are always complaining. Nothing you do is appreciated but if something is wrong because of their fault, they tear your limbs off.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Nothing wrong with LPL in particular - just comes with being a contractor in my opinion.
