What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is supportive and is a resource for me whenever I need assistance.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Our values are very engrained into anything that we do here. The people truly make this place great and a safe place for me to want to work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Everyone on the business side of the house is paid under the market here in SF. We need to be paid close to market or more competitively. I also think it would be a good idea if we had some bonus structure in place.
