People are excited to work at Lyft; people are nice, not cutthroat; I feel like I have people I can talk to about hard things or mistakes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone tries hard, collaborates, I enjoy them as people, they are kind, like to learn from each other, listen to each other, are supportive / offer to help - overall really enjoy working with them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Knowing what others make / leveled as who do not perform as well or did not have as much experience - if I quit and rejoined maybe I would make what I deserved / equal with others. Better pay.
