What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and their ability to listen
Innovative, Leaders, engaging, thoughtful, skilled
Positive and friendly leadership, easy to talk to
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Sinking ship. Thank God I got off. Years of layoffs. No vision from leadership. Activities have become very politically charged.
National leadership seems to be moving in the right direction. Unfortunately, the leadership in the Arizona market is not on board.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical benefits are great. Along with 403B Match
I know many people have complained, but in my position I feel I was fairly compensated.
The time off is better then most
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay for work load expectstions
The organization does not pay well; however, the benefits are decent.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Staff are conmitted employees and hard workers
Employees truly care about helping moms and babies.
The work very well together to solve problems
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is no team, just individuals all working for their own betterment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team leads are great Aleays adding resources
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop treating Employees as dispensable.
Morale is terrible and there is no team spirit.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very quick to offer a position after interview
Interview was fine. Typical questions.

The mission is exceptional and worth it
Being able to work from home
The environment and the people.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I spent three years wondering if I was going to be in the next group laid off.
We need new local leadership that is forward thinking and open to new ideas and ways of doing things.
