What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Sinking ship. Thank God I got off. Years of layoffs. No vision from leadership. Activities have become very politically charged.
National leadership seems to be moving in the right direction. Unfortunately, the leadership in the Arizona market is not on board.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The organization does not pay well; however, the benefits are decent.

There is no team, just individuals all working for their own betterment.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop treating Employees as dispensable.
Morale is terrible and there is no team spirit.

I spent three years wondering if I was going to be in the next group laid off.
We need new local leadership that is forward thinking and open to new ideas and ways of doing things.
