Proffesionalism and customer service. I recently had a wedding at the marriot and despite the high cost, the experience was not up to the standards of what I have come to expect from one of the biggest chains in the world. I felt disrespected and forgotten about. I am not happy.
Ive been able to travel and move to different states. You can work anywhere in the world. Great Perk!!!

It's a good vibe, I work over 40 hours with only one break, so I'm working alot with the least pay, I get payed the least out of everyone here which is not right.

Not really. Certain floors only encourage collaboration, but not consistent throughout the office.

Health Insurance, fair treatment & pay and actual achievability of bonus.

Dedicated, honest, totally competent and willing to do whatever is legal and moral to succeed. Deadly combination for our competitors.
