Mars Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The final salary pension, bonus etc

The company is private so therefore no stock/equity is granted to employees but the company makes up for it through generous cash based programs and benefits.

They match 401k and their medical benefit options are top tier.

Good pay, standard benefits. Inconsistently applied benefits program.

Pension Plan and Insurance Package.

good pay in the area

Good benefits and paid time off.

i do not know sorry

The insurances offered to the employees

The annual bonnus, company car and health benefit

Good Variable compensation bonus according to goals achievements

good healthcare cover and pension

Great pay and company bonus

My schedule is the most attractive

401k match and vacation days

Variable pay, low fix salary but nice bonus

Review from Operations Dept

Dollar for dollar 401k match to 6%

Variable pay and health and well-being benefits

Bonuses and hourly pay rate is high

12% bonus yearly, Mars product shops in yhe office.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was relieved of my work without any concrete reasons and I was blocked from seeing any manager nor the administration to query their decision

Because I am still waiting to be hired on

i would love to keep my job and see consequences for the girl who has been targeting me. i didnt call the cops bc i wrongly trusted my superiors would take care of the situation. instead it's gotten worse due to their negligence

Review from Operations Dept

When you have a team of five people and only two show up for work then those two people have to do the work of five to keep up with production while working safely and not even being recognized for doing a good job.

Salary is not competitive nowadays

Other associates are paid more because they befriend the leadership team.

yes, more money is definitely needed

Based on the headcount of my operation, the gross income it brings in and my skill set- and compare to others outside of MARS, the compensation is low, yet the demands are high. I would feel better if I had a yearly salary review, and about 15K more to match what my peers are making in similar field

Review from Operations Dept

having the bonus NOT included in total compensation. The bonus is "extra" and shouldnt be considered as part of compensation %

I feel like I am over worked and under paid. I have been with the company over 4 years and don't even get paid $14/hr.
