What makes you most happy at work?
The people. It's like a community which I love
The product we produce contributes to a better life. Could you imagine a world without M&M's or Snickers or any of the candy products we produce? Consumers love our products and I enjoy being part of a company that produces and delivers a high quality feel good product.
Being able to figure out problems with machinery; it gives me a sense of accomplishment and boosts my confidence in my skill.
