I don't remember what I liked. I do remember my hospital manager making verbal promised that were never backed up
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
following its vision and mission statements by not penny-pinching and taking away things like PTO from their employees through misleading policies
What are some of the best things about your team?
They all share my concerns about the lack of care our company shows employees, namely through PTO policies and we work together to try and maintain healthy work life balances despite Bluepearl's policies disrupting it
