i would love to keep my job and see consequences for the girl who has been targeting me. i didnt call the cops bc i wrongly trusted my superiors would take care of the situation. instead it's gotten worse due to their negligence

When you have a team of five people and only two show up for work then those two people have to do the work of five to keep up with production while working safely and not even being recognized for doing a good job.
Salary is not competitive nowadays

not talking about each other behind their backs. they say horrible cruel things and wonder why this industry had such a high suicide rate

the coworker needs to get therapy as she is mentally unstable and is being extremely agressive towsrds me for no reason
If teamwork was mandated and coworker were adhere to guidelines set it would be better.
Company culture centers around the fact that Mars is supposed to be a "family", so that is what they push.

Ask people about their work ethics and what it means to them. Ask what they enjoy doing on their off time and not hold it against them if they have a second job. .
