My coworkers and I try to stay positive and upbeat but when most of us are mistreated and it affects our livelihoods, it's hard to keep up morale.
The positive is definitely the clients and the massage therapist bc we understand what it is like. But I wish it was more understanding and positivity from the leaders and management and front desk

The staff are wonderful, we all get along really well. It's the upper management that is a constant issue for all of us.
I love most of my coworkers, both service providers and those on the front desk. Cannot say the same for management/corporate.
