My experience has been horrible. The Manger and the franchise owner are extremely unprofessional and gossip about their employees. The are rude and on a power trip. Everything is met with passive aggressive remarks and it truely shows they dont care about their employees or clients.

Professionalism, talking to their employees with respect, not belittling them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing are my fellow therapists we lift eachother up when management tears us down.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm esthetician with years under my belt and I get paid less than the massage therapists, I am treated so disrespectfully as well as the rest of the staff. They make us feel very expendable, I am constantly running out of supplies and having to wait weeks to get supplies I need.
