When I first started working for this company it seemed like a great experience. However, overtime the management team was very disrespectful to their employees specifically for Riverside-Orangecrest location Nicole Guzman. She is the reason why many people have quit and canceled their membership.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The management team is broken therefore, business cannot flow properly bad business equals no cloents or employees for that matter. The employee turnover rate is ridiculous, as well as the amount of inactive memberships they have And why there's no respect from management for anyone
