What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Terrible leadership. They don't encourage you or recognize when you're doing well. They only tell you when you are failing and pressure you to sell or loose your job.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Only one person on my team who is really a team player. Everyone else only cares about themselves and will not do anything extra or even stay late to help clean.. which you're required to do. They all just want to leave right at the top of the hour which is the busiest time.
