The franchise owner, Rhiannon Bransford only cares about her money and has no interest in assisting her employees or clients. Whenever you try to talk with her about a concern, she is very disrespectful and hostile. The environment is so unprofessional and dreary.

There are a few nice and friendly workers there. I enjoy interacting with and helping my clients.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed the tour of the building. Briana was professional and seemed glad I was joining the team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to dress a bit more professional and carry themselves in a way that makes clients as well as employees feel confident in them.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers need to be more inviting when new workers come on board. They also need to be more quiet in the hallways and in treatment rooms.
