There is a huge pressure on sales. It can be stressful when your clinic is not doing well.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love helping people and changing lives. Seeing someone walk out of a session feeling well and pain free makes all the stress worth it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are many responsibilities that are placed upon you and you are not compensated for it. They expect you to do all of these things that are not within your job title. They would rather hire someone off the street than from within it seems
