Well the front desk people have to improve and be talked to so people would enjoy coming more. The massage therapist were wonderful people and is probably the only reason customers continued to come.
They need to learn how to be nicer people. They constantly drag you down 50 notches. They didn't train me whatsoever but yelled at me whenever I wasn't 100% right. They really need to have training courses.
They need a lot of change. They were the rudest people i have ever met. I heard them talk about me, they talked about each other, and almost every massage therapist. It was extremely toxic and I wouldn't ever tell anyone to work there.
