I like the work I do and it is rewarding but the management is always changing and the training is not consistent which makes things stressful. Also if you do not meet your monthly sales quota 2 months in a row as a receptionist, you are let go.

My manager really cares about me as a person and always has time to answer any questions I may have.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The therapists are very passionate about what they do and this is what makes me look forward to coming to work.

The fact that we are able to help so many people out every day with things like pain or injuries they have sustained. Making a difference in their lives makes it all worthwhile.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I like working with the therapists but the front desk associates don’t take their jobs seriously and they do not give our clients the respect they deserve. They talk about clients in front of other clients. It is very unprofessional. Cutting this stuff out would help working with them be easie
