The people where awesome but the company as a whole needs more structure and proceedure. They also need to do more testing of new stuff before they unleash things on us and the public. RT could seriously hurt lmts and clients, the boosts don't do anything, and the new massage mediums are awful.

Address employee concerns and actually come up with practical solutions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone tries to stay positive and work as a team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Giving a practical massage to someone who actually does what I do and was able to give constructive feedback.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The positivity and teamwork. I love how everyone is always happy to share knowledge and help each other do our best. It isn't a competition.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being hands on and actually at work. Know how to train people, value the therapists and other staff, better training of front desk, better structure and organization.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We make less per hour and are expected to work more than safe for our bodies as well as required training with modalities they are even sure how to train us to do. They can even get people to fold towels right.
