This company is cheapened by pushing membership sales so hard. It ruins a lot of people's experiences when they come in
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have had a lot of bad experiences at Massage Envy and I have chosen to never work for this company again. The communication at my last clinic was terrible. I maxed out at $22 and that shouldn't be the highest wage a therapist can make.
