They're highly qualified and not compensated for how amazing they are.

It's hard to say. We dont even get paid on enhancements that are made free to the clients.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There's alot of things wrong with the clinic I work for. The one thing I need corporate to see for the safety of all their consumers. Is WE NEED SPANISH FORMS AND SPANISH SIGNS!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My owner is shady. We don't get benifits since she never tells anyone when enrollment is. It's made clear that we're disposable. From therapist (myself) to the front desk. That we could have a direct line to corporate, instead of these locally owned franchisees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Its extremely impairitive that Massage Envy gets Spanish Forms. A client was basically told, since she didn't end the session she was held liable for her consent form being validated. I over heard them making excuses for the therapist. The husband had to call since she wasn't fluent in English.
