The team works together to make a hostile work environment the best it can be. However, the turn over rate is extremely high.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are no benefits, they do not offer health care. The pay is way below the average pay for Florida. They make $10 an hour.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The manager needs to stand up for her employees against the unit manager. The owner of the franchise needs to be make individuals accountable for their actions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The Unit Manager talks down to employees and bullies them. Since I have started 6 months ago, they have had several employees quit without notice due to the actions of the Unit Manager.
