The team is extremely hard working and helps create a positive work environment.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are no benefits. You are only paid $10 per membership because the Lakeland and Clearwater do month to month no contract memberships.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was not a difficult interview. They were desperate for employees, due to the high turnover rate. Therefore, they asked very little questions.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership should not mistreat their employees. In the past five months, nine front desks associates have quit without notice. This is due to the mistreatment of employees by the owner.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

As a person who has worked in customer service, I pride myself on creating great customer relations. However, the manager gets into screaming arguments with guests in the lobby in front of other guests.
