When I'm drilling and we rolling getting in 1000+ feet of footage with the fiber optic cable
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I show up everyday and I'm way under paid even and I been asking for a performance review to get a raise but yet I get ran in circles and then asked to take on more responsibility but no one says anything about a raise
