Management need to be more accountable for what they say not just say one thing and do nothing. I would like to have doers and talkers. Management team just talk with zero action.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It uses 20yr system to monitor inventory. Communicate is needed in the business because one person tells you something then your in trouble because the person was incorrect. There is no accountability for the management team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Start with new management and more pay for bottom employee, Mastec is so cut throat about pay but how can you ask question to a supervisor he doesn’t know why pay him. There needs to be a portal that u ask a question and it will answer because management know little to nothin
